Youth Residential Data Management

There is a growing need for young people in Australia for residential support services and many of Community Data Solutions customers have requested support in developing modules with youth residential needs in mind. Consequently, CDS in working closely with a new customer that operates a large youth residential program in Queensland, has developed a more extensive offering in the youth residential space. 

Youth Lifestyle Options (Residential Care Services), http://youthlifestyleoptions.com.au/rcs required a prompt and efficient CRM roll out with significant modifications and additional data fields. This was done effectively and the CRM was rolled out in late June. The package of modules assists in managing a wide range of youth issues from medical, document management, case notes, risk assessment, goals, care concerns, staff records, family related issues, and will shortly move into property management.
