Community Data Solutions understands the business challenges that Government reporting and financial management pose in today’s competitive community services sector.
As a company we aim to provide appropriate integrations and upload files to allow you to report effectively.
To do this we have created a dynamic and efficient environment that allows for reporting of Government statistics, outcomes, financials, and business reporting to match your organisation’s individual situation.
Below is a summary of our current upload files and integrations.

Community Data Solutions has an online CRM for managing DSS DEX reporting with an XML upload file and audit files features. The CRM is fully DSS DEX compliant and Community Data Solutions provides free upgrades to ensure you are always DSS DEX compliant. We have over 100 customers requiring this service so we ensure at all times you can report to the DEX portal.

Home and Community Care – Minimum Data Set
Many organisations around Australia are funded by State Governments and require versions of the HACC Minimum Data Set. This is available as an export file in the online CRM we provide.
Rostering and Timesheets:
Our organisation has worked closely with a leading Australia Timesheet and Rostering software company, Deputy.com
We have carefully integrated with this product, allowing for seamless integration of your rostering and timesheets with the client work conducted within the CRM. More information about this available here – https://communityds.com.au/deputy/
Outcomes measurement remains a challenge for organisations as a proliferation of outcomes frameworks become part of the community services landscape. Our Company has addressed this issue by developing a specific outcomes management tool. This can be used as a standalone tool, integrated with your own software through our API (see below) or purchased and used alongside the Community Data Solutions CRM. Business Reporting integration
At Community Data Solutions we understand the challenges of reporting to Governments, to your own Board and to have your own business reporting features to manage staff, program and policy development. To this end we have developed an integrated business intelligence tool, CommunityBI which allows for your organisation to quickly and easily build your own reports for any of these purposes.
CommunityBI reporting system can also be used to output any Excel or CSV file to meet 3rd party integration requirements.

Our products have robust Application Programming Interface (API) to allow 3rd party developers to integrate with other systems. Please talk to us to explore integrations with any of our products. Our Company has an ambitious roadmap for further developments in this area and are always keen to discuss your needs.
