Client Timeline Report – spotting the service trends for your clients

So often when working with clients it is difficult to track across multiple programs the pathway of a client. For instance whether they have been under-serviced or over-serviced, whether they have had enough direct contact to support your work with them and so on. Community Data Solutions has sought to help organisations manage this issue by providing a free ‘client timeline report’ which tracks the progress of the client across any program you have been working with them on.

The report is easily accessible within the CRM and comes free now as a standard feature to all Community Data Solutions customers who have our basic reporting package installed. The report tracks direct and indirect time and has colour coding for programs to quickly and easily see the main programs the client has engaged in over their whole journey with your organisation.
