Data Exchange Dashboard Released

Community Data Solutions have now released a Data Exchange Dashboard for all clients that report via DSS Data Exchange. This feature is provided as a part of Community Data Solutions – CRM software. The Data Exchange Dashboard provides visibility on sessions, cases, and clients that are reportable for the upcoming reporting period. This way organisations can more carefully and independently assess their progress in delivering DEX services prior to reporting. With a click of a button, Agencies can display their recent progress on DEX and view the status of work completed, work pending and work submitted for the reporting period.
