Secure File Transfer feature added to Community Data Solutions software

South Australia’s a leading software provider to Community Service agencies, Community Data Solutions is acutely aware of the importance of developing new features to its product suite, due to the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are very much aware of the growing importance to support your Clients remotely and understand this may continue for some time to be part of the service landscape.

Specifically, we have identified the challenges in the transfer and completion of sensitive documents when you are not face-to-face with your Client. You may be aware that email is not a secure transfer medium!  

To this end, we have accelerated the development of a new function called Secure File Transfer which is a secure process hosted by us in Australia.
